I have a background in education, training, and counselling. I have worked and lived in different countries and experienced various cultures. I am a fully-trained counsellor with an Advanced Professional Diploma in Counselling Theory and Therapeutic Practice.

I am a Registered member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and follow their ethical framework. I ensure ongoing professional development by attending courses and workshops on a regular basis.
